Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry item, along with its original invoice and authenticity certificates, back into the original FKJewellers presentation box and secure it in a shipping parcel.
Inspection Process
Once your return reaches our Dubai facility, our master jewelers will inspect the item to verify its condition and ensure no alterations or damage have occurred.
Refund or Exchange
Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges within 5 to 7 business days.
